Graphite Packing

Graphite packing is braided from flexible graphite yarns,which are reinforced by cotton fiber, glass fiber,etc.Mix nrmal graphite packing with carbon fiber, synthtic fiber, or metal alloy wire(respectively) can be improved the reliability, the temperature and chemical resistance for longer packing life and can be used in any application.


Carbonized Fiber Packing Impregnation in graphite

Diagonal braided to form a dense but pliable packing,each carbonized fiber is pre-impregnated with graphite.It is premium service packing for media of weak chemical corrosion and grains of particles exit.

Application

They are the ideal choice for high temperature rotary slurry service, such as rotary shafrs of pumps, agitators,mixers,crystallizers,filters, continous digesters etc.
